Get ready for an intense and effective workout which can be done at home or outside. With very little equipment being needed the workouts will push your body and sculpt you within 30 minutes. All levels of fitness are welcome and the journey we will go on will change your mind and body within the first month.

Equipment

 

No workout is ever the same and these are done LIVE together with you. All you need is the motivation to join in and we will take care of the rest. Very limited equipment is needed and you can adapt and change the weights to your preference.
