PRIVATE GROUP SESSIONS

These classes are offered to all levels of fitness and gives you the feel of being in a LIVE class. We all know that we work harder in a team and this is perfect for that extra push and motivation you will need. Simply sign into the LIVE sessions and enjoy a great 30 minute workout. If you can not make the LIVE session just catch up on the days routine. Why not get some friends round and make it a social workout and test your fitness. What makes our workouts different from others is no two workouts are ever the same and with you not knowing each routine will keep you interested and change your body much quicker.

We have designed some amazing workouts that will test you and your group as well as keeping that fun social aspect to it. With a choice of customised sessions you will all feel the benefits of these private group workouts. These can be done in the comfort of your own home / garden or in an outside environment and will both be testing and enjoyable.

FULL BODY CONDITIONING

By combining a variation of weight and body weight routine we test your full body with movement and isolated routines. By moving your body through various strains and resistances we are able to accelerate the bodies ability to develop and change. The goal with this is to increase the bodies strength but also enable the body to perform for longer. The combination of complex movements and high repetition shocks the body and encourages change.

10.30am UK TIME

LEG, ARMS , ABS & CARDIO

Here, we combine free weights with squats, lunges, and high-interval exercises so that you can build strength according to your own body type and goals. We encourage a heavier weight for this but it isn’t essential and the body will still feel the benefits from this one. Using the bodies large muscle groups we are able to develop and sculpt and most importantly improve its performance.

EXTRA LIVE WORKOUT

ULTIMATE LBT

In this class we test every part of your legs and put you through your paces. We fatigue your large muscle groups and encourage strength and development by adding complex moves. This workout is perfect for those wanting to test their legs and incorporate Ab routines along the way. Anyone doing this class will know they have done a leg workout the following day.

POWER YOGA

A predominately vinyasa style of yoga with some iyengar influences within in. It’s a medium paced flow which targets a range of muscle groups leaving you feeling relaxed yet worked after each session.  Suitable for all levels and no equipment needed, it’s accessible to all and a great addition to your weekly routine.

Yoga is proven to improve your strength, mobility and flexibility and is something we could all incorporate more of into our weekly routine. The class is at 7.30am on Friday mornings, an excellent start to your day or to playback another time. It’s the perfect introduction into yoga for those who have never tried it, you will be surprised how much of a workout it can feel!

So even those non yogi’s out there can give it a go and see how you get on!

 

PT SESSIONS

Within these sessions you will be able to fully customise your results and ensure you are getting all you want from a session. With multi sessions available as well as diet plans your results are limitless and as with anything hard work and dedication will always pay off with these .

PRIVATE GROUP SESSIONS

Combing elements from PT & LIVE WORKOUT sessions these are a great way of training with friends with all the benefit from both our services. These sessions are usually aimed at ensuring you are tested as well gaining the social aspects of a training sessions.
